A "Virtual-Plus-More" Conference

The verbal participation will take place using cccConfer and we are hoping to set up on-site sessions throughout the state regions. If you are at all interested in hosting an On-Site Conference at your institution, please contact me and we will provide further information. We are looking to provide video hook-ups as well as the voice connections so that we can show presentations, share documents and power points, and have question and answer sessions. A call for proposals will go out on October 15th so think about submitting one sometime in the next few months. Also, you should encourage you tutors to become involved. It would be a great experience for them to take part in this event.
In these tough economic times, many of us have declining budgets and no travel is permitted. We have come up with this idea so that everyone can be a part of our annual conference at an extremely minimal cost. So mark your calendar and plan on attending and/or participating with your colleagues from ACTLA.
